1. Candidates who have previous experience in building online communities are preferred.
2. Candidates who can create creative assets (Pictures, videos, etc.) using tools like Canva & Figma are preferred.
3. Candidates who can track metrics of user engagement are preferred.
4. Special preference for Women who are willing to restart their careers.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per qualified waitlist subscription).
