About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct detailed research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads
2. Analyze customer behavior and interests to help refine audience segmentation for effective campaign targeting
3. Monitor and analyze the performance metrics of ongoing ad campaigns (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI)
4. Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and boost our ROAS
5. Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign success and identify areas of improvement
6. Collaborate with the creative and copywriting teams to ensure campaigns align with audience insights and industry trends
