1. Self-motivated learner with expertise in lead generation
2. Understanding of marketing or a related field
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
5. Advance knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar platforms)
6. Familiarity with social media marketing tools that support automation and deliver result
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets).
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
9. Prior coursework in email marketing and social media marketing
10. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
