About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant websites, groups, and communities related to our business and target audience.
2. Utilize various tools to extract data and provide insights for marketing campaigns.
3. Assist the marketing team and collaborate with the marketing head to design email campaigns and other social media initiatives.
4. Support the marketing team and work with the marketing head on SEO activities, including on-page optimization.
5. Analyze campaign requirements and develop detailed plans for execution.
6. Create creative and eye-catching designs that align with the company's branding and target audience.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design needs and produce designs that fulfill project objectives.
8. Ensure designs are technically feasible for production and meet established quality standards.
9. Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and customer preferences to create relevant and engaging designs.
10. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

Other requirements
1. Candidates preferred from a computer science background.
2. Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will receive a performance-linked incentive (10% of lead).
3. Upon successful completion of the internship, we may offer a full-time role with a CTC of up to ₹1,80,000 LPA.
