About the work from home job/internship
Purpose of Job: The interns will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of product content, specifically image assets. Ensure the upload and integrity of content on all of Spotix's Websites (Spotix.com, FirepitsDirect.com, FireplacesDirect.com, KickassGrills.com, etc.)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review lists submitted via spreadsheet to audit and update sku images on ecommerce sites
2. Verify images and information are correct with content specialists
3. Focus on color-correct digital images provided by suppliers
4. Work independently on tasks as well as collaboratively with content team to create and organize product content
5. Ensure accuracy of products loaded to the website
6. Meet deadlines, maintaining efficient turn-around times by processing a high volume of images
7. Maintain a dialogue between the creative team about workflow and expectations communicating project status, timelines, and delivery expectations
8. Assist with various projects and website assets
