Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating and scheduling engaging social media posts on platforms like Instagram and Facebook to build brand awareness and audience engagement.
2. Assisting with digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and content creation to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
3. Monitoring social media and website analytics, preparing reports, and providing insights to optimize future campaigns and engagement strategies.
4. Developing creative ideas and strategies to enhance follower growth, brand reach, and engagement with a focus on The OddBall Wagon's unique voice and audience.
5. Collaborating with the design team to align content with current designs, product launches, and promotional themes.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of sales generated).
