Digital Marketing Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and high-quality content tailored for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with a focus on promoting our online grocery delivery services
2. Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service and interaction
3. Campaign Support: Help design, execute, and monitor social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition
4. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content and strategy, focusing on the online grocery delivery sector
5. Analytics:
a. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and digital marketing efforts
b. Analyze the data to gain insights and recommend improvements
6. SEO and SEM: Support the implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic to our website
7. Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters and promotional content to engage our customer base and drive sales
8. Graphic Design: Use graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visuals for social media posts and digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience
