Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and maintain product catalogs on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
2. Ensure accurate and timely listing of new products, including content creation, images, and specifications
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts
4. Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, including promotions, ads, and competitive pricing
5. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and search ranking
6. Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities
7. Plan and execute marketplace-specific ad campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads)
8. Track ROI, CPC, and other metrics to refine campaign effectiveness
9. Monitor reviews and ratings, addressing customer concerns promptly to maintain high seller ratings
10. Resolve escalations related to orders, returns, and other customer issues professionally
11. Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and guidelines to avoid penalties or account suspension
12. Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations
