2) Engage with clients via email and other written communication channels, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and fostering strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

3) Efficiently upload and manage product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance.

4) Analyze Google Ads performance and develop recommendations for improvements.

5) Collaborate with the team to innovate strategies for improving written client outreach effectiveness and product management efficiency.
