E-Commerce & Communications Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Communication & outreach:
1. Research and identify sustainable brands aligned with our vision.
2. Reach out to potential brand partners via email and maintain professional communication.
3. Coordinate with brands to facilitate promotions and collaborations.
4. Act as a liaison between the brand and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

B. E-Commerce & website management:
1. Handle backend operations related to product listings, including uploading images and managing inventory.
2. Ensure all product details, images, and specifications are accurate and meet quality standards.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of product features, design methods, and brand identity to ensure high-quality content.
4. Audit product data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
5. Enter new products from seller-provided Excel sheets with precision.
6. Categorize and arrange products effectively for a better user experience.
7. Process basic image edits if required.
8. Work with Excel to manage product additions, deletions, and price updates.
9. Maintain website pages and collections to highlight new products.
10. Communicate product-related issues and updates with sellers.
