1. Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
2. Prior experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in an e-commerce or marketplace environment
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
5. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
