E-commerce Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Product listing and management by assisting in creating, updating, and maintaining product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing
2. Ensuring all product details are accurate and optimized for search and conversion
3. Collaborating with design teams to acquire necessary assets like images or videos for listings
4. Inventory management by helping track inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations
5. Coordinating with the warehouse or suppliers to ensure products are available as needed
6. Assisting in managing stock records and updating the system when inventory levels change
7. Order processing and fulfillment support by monitoring incoming orders and ensuring they're processed accurately and promptly
8. Working with the fulfillment team to resolve any issues related to packing, shipping, or delays
9. Handling customer inquiries about order status, shipping, and returns
10. Data analysis and reporting by assisting in tracking and analyzing sales trends, conversion rates, and customer behavior
11. Helping generate reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer feedback
12. Using analytical tools (like Google Analytics or e-commerce platform reports) to gather insights and suggest improvements
13. Marketing and promotion support by aiding in creating promotional campaigns, including uploading banners, updating landing pages, and applying discounts
