E-commerce Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Order Confirmation: Call customers to confirm orders, verifying details like color, size, design, and address.
2. Order Dispatch: Process order dispatches from our manufacturer's platform twice daily morning and evening.
3. Order Cancellations: Handle cancellation requests, check for necessary proofs (images, videos), and assist customers through the cancellation process.
4. NDR Management: Track and manage non-delivered orders and take appropriate follow-up actions.
5. Customer Feedback: Collect reviews from customers to continuously improve our service.
6. Catalog Management: Update and upload product catalogs as needed.
7. Others depend on requirements in the domain.
