About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Operational Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives for operational excellence. Design and optimize operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
2. Vendor and Partner Management: Identify and onboard strategic vendors, and partners to support the expansion of our product offerings. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, negotiating favorable terms and agreements. Monitor vendor performance and compliance, implementing measures to ensure quality and reliability
3. Logistics & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end logistics & delivery process, from order placement to shipment tracking to delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
4. Optimise logistics and distribution channels to minimize shipping times and costs while maximizing customer satisfaction. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to streamline operations and enhance delivery capabilities. Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies in a prompt and efficient manner.
5. . Demand Management: Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to replenish inventory. Implement inventory tracking systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

5. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

7. A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience

8. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to develop and drive a strong partner network
