As a customer care executive intern, you will be the frontline of our engagement with customers, playing a critical role in our mission to deliver exceptional service. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success with our services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contacting potential customers through outbound calls to understand their requirements and interest in our services.
2. Handling inbound queries from students, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
3. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers by effectively communicating our value proposition.
4. Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring a seamless flow of information across the team.
5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
6. Participating in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

1. Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a concentration in sales and marketing, or a recent MBA graduate in these fields. Exceptional candidates in the final stages of their MBA studies will also be considered.
2. Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi. Proficiency in a South Indian language (such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) will be highly preferred, as it will enable effective engagement with a diverse customer base across different regions.
3. A strategic thinker with a robust problem-solving aptitude, approaching challenges with creativity and a positive, solution-focused mindset.
4. Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments independently while contributing positively to team dynamics.
5. Relevant experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable, showcasing an ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, real-world situations.
6. Advanced proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and systems.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 400000 /year
