About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on social media, project management, and advocacy efforts
2. Provide administration support duties as required
3. Produce content (as required by the company), key messages, and posts designed to drive traffic (create a community of advocators for character strengths building)
4. Promote audience engagement, and support company objectives
5. Be responsible for social media management (including brainstorming on content direction/overarching strategy, and proofreading of content)
6. Support a strong audience experience, align with the client, and drive the company's brand engagement on social media
7. Provide support in implementing strategic and tactical social media management to reinforce brand positioning and create content (using AI such as chatgpt or others) and graphics/articles
8. Provide IT support (website, landing page, etc)
Deliverables:
1. Campaign execution: Planning, developing, and launching at least one major social media campaign that drives awareness for the company's programs
2. Creative content: Development of posts, graphics, or short-form videos tailored to different platforms (Instagram, YouTube videos/reels, LinkedIn, etc.)

The 'Education Service Intern' will provide better service support to our customers (parents and students) to develop communities of parents and educators who share the belief that children’s education should be more than the mindless pursuit of grades. The role will provide interns with experience in marketing, sales, or social media.
The intern's aim will be to educate the public that education should also emphasize essential attitudinal skill sets and character strengths like grit, self-control, attitudes, and mindsets leading to greater academic performance and better life skills that lead to better health, relationships, and a better life.
