1. A bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum development, early childhood education, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational consulting.
3. Familiarity with various curriculum frameworks and standards, such as:
a. Common Core State Standards (CCSS): For K–12 education in English Language Arts and Mathematics.
b. Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS):** for K–12 science education.
c. Montessori Method: Focused on child-led learning with hands-on activities.
d. Reggio Emilia Approach: emphasizes project-based learning and the role of the environment as the third teacher.
e. HighScope Educational Research Foundation: Based on Active Participatory Learning.
f. International Baccalaureate (IB): Offers high-quality programs of international education.
g. Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP): Guidelines from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
4. Strong research and analytical skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
7. Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
8. Strong organizational and project management skills.
9. Passion for education and a commitment to fostering the development of young children.
