1. Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage webinars, in-person workshops, and conferences, including scheduling, content creation, and logistics.
2. Speaker & Partner Coordination: Onboard and liaise with external speakers, follow up for confirmations, and coordinate pre-event dry runs.
3. Marketing & Communications: Create and send email invitations, set up Zoom pages, manage LinkedIn messages, and execute event promotional activities.
4. Operations & Logistics: Handle venue negotiations (e.g., WeWork), manage event calendars, and oversee webinar integrations and video uploads.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and schedule meetings with HR professionals, universities (e.g., REVA University), and industry partners.
6. Live Event Management: Host and moderate LinkedIn Live sessions, webinars, and hybrid events.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in event planning, partnerships, or community engagement.
2. Strong project management and coordination skills.
3. Familiarity with webinar tools (Zoom, LinkedIn Live) and email marketing platforms.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
