Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshop Registrations:
Promote the workshop across platforms to generate registrations.
Manage inquiries and provide information about the workshop.
Maintain and update the registration database.
2. Workshop Handling:
Assist in planning and organizing the workshop logistics.
Coordinate with participants to ensure attendance.
Manage on-the-day operations such as setup, participant engagement, and smooth execution.
3. Communication & Outreach:
Collaborate with marketing teams for effective outreach strategies.
Engage with potential attendees on social media or other platforms.
4. Reporting & Feedback:
Collect participant feedback and compile reports post-workshop.
Suggest improvements based on feedback.
