1. Providing pre-event support, including registration assistance, material preparation, and communication with attendees.
2. Assisting with check-in, managing schedules, and providing support to speakers and attendees on the day of the event.
3. Collecting feedback, assisting with breakdown, and helping with follow-up communication post-event.
Required Skills:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Enthusiastic about event planning, logistics, and client service.
6. Willingness to work evenings or weekends, as needed for events.
7. Marketing management will be added on.
8. Tools and platform knowledge required are: Mailer, LinkedIn, CRM in case experience .
