3. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reports to the Event Manager.
4. Assist in developing promotional materials, social media campaigns, and marketing strategies to increase event attendance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for event success.
6. Attend events to oversee operations, troubleshoot any issues, and provide exceptional customer service to attendees.
7. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, analyze data, and implement improvements for future events.
