About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join as an executive assistant intern (right hand of the CEO). This unique opportunity will allow you to work closely with the CEO, shadowing on corporate calls, and gaining firsthand experience in the core functions of running multiple businesses in the travel & tourism and HR tech industries. You will play an integral role in supporting day-to-day operations while handling key responsibilities in marketing, sales, operations, and communications for our ventures
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend corporate calls, take notes, assist with follow-ups, and contribute to strategic discussions
2. Assist in the execution of marketing strategies, manage social media presence, help with branding initiatives, and support content creation for various platforms
3. Support lead generation efforts, manage client communication, and contribute to sales presentations and pitches
4. Help streamline daily operations, coordinate tasks across teams, and ensure smooth execution of business processes
5. Draft internal and external communications, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain clear and timely communication channels across all business functions
