About the work from home job/internship
This is basically for people who aspire to become founders or have the ambition to create an impact at an organization as a key resource. This would be a learning opportunity for them to closely observe a founder and consultant at work, get involved with the startup and other organizations they work at, and learn personally from them.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with the founder; help them manage activities, research, and schedule
2. Work on a strategic level on all projects, from a product, marketing, and operation perspective, and give input as needed
3. Help the founder manage timelines, deliverables, and actionables on the said projects and manage them effectively
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
5. Work with other stakeholders across the projects and help the founder manage the same with higher efficiency
Requirements:
1. Impeccable grasp of the English language along with interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
2. Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
3. A hunger and desire to create impact, learn daily, and constantly improve
4. Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
5. Good time management skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (100% of base stipend).
