About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Execute paid Facebook advertising campaigns based on client and internal requests.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, strategize, and optimize ad campaigns.
3. Manage multiple roles within paid marketing, helping out in areas beyond Facebook Ads when required.
4. Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics such as CTR, conversions, and ROI.
5. Ensure campaigns are completed on time; if ads are pending, complete tasks on Saturdays as necessary.
6. Adapt to a fast-moving startup environment and take on additional tasks as required.
