3. Production pro: Coordinating the entire production process, ensuring smooth communication between designers, manufacturers, and our team. Navigating any challenges and keeping the project on track.
4. Customer champion: Spearheading user trials with target customers. Gathering valuable feedback, analyzing results, and translating insights into design improvements.
5. Market mastermind: Immersing yourself in the footwear industry, researching trends, analyzing competitors, and identifying market opportunities.
