About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with our design team & creators to conceptualize exclusive apparel & accessories for our weekly drops.
2. Develop sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings for clothing, hats, bags, sunglasses, and statement accessories.
3. Collaborate with fashion manufacturers & vendors to finalize materials, colors, and detailing.
4. Ensure design feasibility for mass production while maintaining exclusivity.
5. Research global fashion trends and predict high-demand product styles.
6. Assist in sampling, prototyping, and quality control before launch.
7. Think beyond design help craft packaging aesthetics and the unboxing experience to elevate brand storytelling.

Duration: 3-6 months.
Stipend: Competitive (based on skills & experience).

Other requirements

1. Fashion design students/graduates (NIFT, NID, Pearl, or equivalent preferred but not mandatory).

2. Strong illustration & digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).

3. Interest in streetwear, hype culture, and accessories design.

4. Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production techniques is a plus.

5. Ability to think creatively and experiment with bold designs.
