About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and trendsetting uniform and merchandise collections for Farmer Near Me.
2. Assist in researching and developing new fashion concepts and trends that align with our brand identity.
3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify emerging fashion trends, materials, and business opportunities.
4. Utilize AI-powered design tools and fashion design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or similar) to create digital sketches and prototypes.
5. Develop mood boards, color palettes, and textile selections for uniforms and promotional merchandise.
6. Work on branding and logo placement strategies for uniforms, caps, aprons, tote bags, and other promotional merchandise.
7. Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to source sustainable and high-quality materials.
8. Assist in organizing and presenting design concepts to the leadership team.
