As a fashion design and merchandising intern, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for fashion in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our design team to develop innovative and trend-setting designs for our clients. Your tasks will include creating mood boards, sketching designs, sourcing fabrics, and assisting with fittings. You will also have the chance to gain hands-on experience in merchandising, including inventory management, trend forecasting, and visual merchandising. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with the design team to create mood boards and sketch designs
2. Sourcing fabrics and materials for upcoming collections
3. Assisting with fittings and alterations as needed
4. Participating in trend forecasting and research to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends
5. Helping with inventory management and organization of merchandise
6. Contributing to visual merchandising efforts in our showroom and retail spaces

1. Fashion design background and skills
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per successfully launching the collection).
