About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Brainstorm and sketch initial design ideas that align with the brand's aesthetic.
2. Research current trends in kids' streetwear to ensure the designs are trendy and appealing.
3. Create mood boards to visualize the design concepts.
4. Prepare tech files for finalized designs.
5. Develop detailed and polished illustrations of T-shirt designs.
6. Utilize design software (such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) to create digital versions of the designs.
7. Experiment with different color schemes and patterns to identify the best combination.
8. Research and recommend suitable fabrics and materials for the T-shirts.
9. Ensure the selected materials are comfortable, durable, and appropriate for kids aged 8 to 14.
10. Track emerging trends in kids' fashion and streetwear.
11. Prepare reports and presentations on how these trends can be integrated into the brand's future collections.

In the process of developing my kids streetwear brand, I require an experienced designer who can bring a unique spin to our designs. We need someone who understands streetwear and can creatively incorporate funky designs, bright colors and patterns, and inspirational quotes. I envision a minimalistic and modern aesthetic for our brand, primarily targeting kids aged 8 to 14. The focus initially will be on T-shirt designs, so a strong portfolio in that domain is crucial. Your ability to infuse our designs with an urban edge while keeping them playful for this age group will be essential. Additionally, your understanding of the latest trends in kids streetwear will be a significant advantage.
