About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating original apparel designs, designing high-quality, unique graphics and patterns for various clothing items including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, leggings, etc., following the latest fashion trends
2. Understanding market trends by staying updated with current trends, viral designs, and popular fashion themes to create designs that resonate with target audiences
3. Managing design projects by overseeing the entire design process from conceptualization to finalization, ensuring deadlines are met
4. Ensuring quality assurance by ensuring all designs are pixel-perfect and suitable for high-quality printing without distortion or degradation

Other requirements
1. A Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, graphic design, or a related field is preferred
2. Proven experience as a fashion or graphic designer, in print-on-demand platforms
3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar
4. A keen eye for fashion trends, patterns, and color schemes
5. Strong portfolio showcasing original apparel designs
6. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and branding
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
8. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
9. Strong creative digital prints and illustration skills

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per target achievement).
