About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory. Build a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and pain points.
2. Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients. Tailor software presentations to meet client requirements, addressing their specific needs. Showcase the benefits and ROI of the software solution, converting prospects into clients.
3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales. Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Collaborate with the internal team to create customized solutions for clients.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide on-site support and training to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the software solution. Address client concerns and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads using CRM software. Submit timely sales reports, including forecasts, activities, and customer feedback. Track sales targets and performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Other requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in software sales, IT sales, or field sales in a related field.

3. Experience in selling enterprise software, SaaS products, or tech solutions is highly desirable.

4. Strong ability to communicate complex software solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

5. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

6. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

7. Ability to understand technical aspects of software and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Ability to work independently in the field and manage a sales territory effectively.

9. Customer-centric: Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, offering customized solutions.

10. Goal-oriented: Demonstrates a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

11. Technical aptitude: Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to convey their value to clients.

12. Time management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while working in the field.
