About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Client Acquisition & Market Interaction:
+Work in the market to meet clients, references, builders, dealers, servicemen, and business owners.
+Generate finance business for working capital, project finance, home loans, mortgage loans, etc.
2. Work Structure:
+Operate remotely (work-from-home setup) with no office attendance required.
Daily engagement in the field to meet business targets.
3. Reporting & Accountability:
+Daily Morning Huddle: Participate in morning meetings to plan activities.
+Evening Reporting: Submit call updates and client meetings details.
+DSR (Daily Sales Report): Maintain and submit an Excel sheet with client data and meeting outcomes.
Mandatory Compliance: Adhere to daily reporting requirements without exception.
