Digital Marketing Work From Home Internship

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Founder Associate to support the founders of RealtyPlus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, with expertise in content creation and creative writing. This role is critical to driving our online presence, engaging with both local Zambian users, agents, and contractors, and expat and diaspora communities.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, balancing content (text, graphics, short videos, reels) that appeals to Zambian users, agents, and contractors while also engaging expat families and diaspora landlords.
2. Graphic Design & Video Editing: Design eye-catching visuals and edit short-form videos showcasing property listings, contractor services, and real estate tips, ensuring content is relevant for all target audiences.
3. Creative Writing: Develop engaging captions, blog posts, and website content that appeal to Zambian real estate professionals, tenants, and property owners, while also attracting expats and diaspora landlords with tailored messaging.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, tracking engagement and growth, and provide weekly reports with insights into which content is resonating with Zambian users and the international audience.
5. Administrative Support: Assist the founders with tasks such as scheduling, project management, and coordinating meetings, ensuring smooth communication within the team.
6. Content Research: Stay informed on real estate trends, marketing strategies, and creative social media ideas to consistently engage both Zambian users and the diaspora market.
