About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Administrative Support:
1. Manage the founder's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings provide administrative support to the founder and senior leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
2. Ensure effective communication across the organization by managing emails and other correspondence on behalf of the founder
3. Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
4. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.

b. Communication Management:
1. Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
3. Assist in preparing and sending newsletters or updates to staff and stakeholders 4. Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

c. Event and Meeting Coordination:
1. Plan and execute special events and projects as needed, including meetings, conferences, and company-wide initiatives.
2. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
3. Organize and manage events, conferences, and other functions attended or hosted by the founder.

d. Strategic Assistance:
1. Assist in developing and implementing business strategies.
2. Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making by the founder and senior leadership team.
3. Work on special projects and initiatives as directed by the founder.

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or having a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/MBA, or related field.

2. Previous work experience in an executive assistant or office management role.

3. Good hold in business communication, both written and verbal.

4. Open to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Good to have :

1. Previously worked for early or growth-stage startups.

2. Engineering background or MBA

3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

4. Positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.

5. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

6 . High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations
