About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take interviews for new internship positions.
2. Manage the daily calendar, ensuring all details are handled in a clear and organized manner.
3. Assist with monitoring the inbox and emails, including responding to prospects, customers, and other business contacts.
4. Serve as the point person for both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a gatekeeper professionally.
5. Remotely assist with planning for small team meetings and travels, including arranging flights, meeting rooms, dining options, and activities.
6. Coordinate schedules and book travel arrangements, including flights and lodging, for students and guests traveling on behalf of the company.
7. Assist with the creation and review of business documents, letters, certificates, and contracts.
8. Track and maintain updated records on trademark applications and ongoing plagiarism cases through communication with the legal team.
9. Handle the founder's personal details, such as shopping, ordering gifts, scheduling personal appointments, and maintaining household items.
10. Manage multiple incoming requests, ensuring they are relayed or handled at the appropriate time, in the necessary order, and in the correct manner.
11. Quickly learn new software applications and adapt to various digital tools like Google Apps, Slack, Notion, WordPress, and Trello.
12. Set up new systems and processes to streamline both business and personal functions.
13. Solve tasks with minimal or no guidance, working under pressure to quickly and efficiently problem-solve, often with frequent interruptions.
