About the work from home job/internship

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to work as a founder's associate intern. In this dynamic role, you will act as the operational backbone of the company, ensuring that no task, deadline, or priority falls through the cracks.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee and maintain the ClickUp project management tool
2. Ensure all tasks and projects are tracked, updated, and completed on time
3. Proactively identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions to keep projects moving
4. Organize and lead daily/weekly stand-up meetings with the CEO and team
5. Serve as the central point of communication, ensuring the team is aligned on priorities
6. Check in with team members daily to monitor progress and hold them accountable
7. Assist the CEO in hiring and onboarding new interns or team members where needed
8. Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflows and avoid overlaps
9. Maintain a holistic understanding of all ongoing projects to provide accurate updates
10. Hold the CEO accountable for priorities and deadlines
11. Provide regular updates about the status of ongoing projects and potential issues
12. Help with scheduling, email management, and other VA-type tasks
13. Monitor team productivity and quality assurance on deliverables
14. Assist with lead generation and outreach campaigns
15. Handle basic SEO and email marketing tasks as needed
16. You will not be limited to these and will have other tasks as well

Please only apply if you can commit to 8 hours a day and 5 days a week as this is a full-time role.

1. A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and find solutions

4. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp (or willingness to learn)

5. Interest in business operations, project management, and leadership

6. Basic understanding of marketing tools like SEO, lead generation, and email campaigns (training provided if needed)

7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts
