This is a generalist role and hence the responsibilities may change as and when needed. The responsibilities that you will undertake as a part of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage customer feedback, reviews, and complaints promptly
2. Coordinate with customers and delivery partners to ensure timely and smooth delivery
3. List products on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and all other distribution channels and regularly update product details, images, and descriptions
4. Handle catalog management and order processing efficiently
5. Create and update backlinks to improve our online presence
6. Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
7. Update our Shopify website and web pages as needed
8. Assist the founder with day-to-day tasks and any other duties as required

Our offerings include rajma pickle, turmeric pickle, mushroom pickle, dates ginger pickle, red chili chukh, and green chili chukh. We are also preparing to introduce 2-3 new, exceptionally uncommon flavors to our lineup soon.
