About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a founder's office intern specialising in experimental work for our HR services company. This role will focus on conducting new experiments related to customer acquisition and retention problem statements and much more. As an intern in the founder's office. Kindly note this is a generalist role.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities.
1. Handle end-to-end execution and operations of experiments
2. Work on data updation and analysis to measure the effectiveness and impact of experiments
3. Monitor and analyze experiment results, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
4. Assist the founder in conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
5. Support the development and execution of strategic plans for new initiatives, products, or services.
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive growth and innovation at GetStructured.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
8. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and project progress to the leadership team.
