We are looking for dedicated and driven individuals to join our team as fractional sales associates. This is an intern-to-hire position where you'll get certified, gain valuable experience, and be part of a supportive, dynamic work environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact 50-100 potential customers a day via telephone.
2. Understand customers' needs and requirements to effectively pitch our products and services.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing leads and consistently closing sales.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
5. Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure goals are met.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per revenue share model).
