Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing designs
2. Developing and maintaining user-friendly web applications using ReactJS and Node.js
3. Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability
4. Implementing UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience
5. Troubleshooting and debugging code to ensure seamless functionality
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends
7. Contributing ideas and solutions to improve overall development processes
