Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the development of web pages
2. Work with designers to translate UI/UX designs into code
3. Develop responsive web pages that ensure a seamless user experience across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
5. Optimize web pages for speed and scalability
6. Test and debug web pages across different browsers and devices
7. Collaborate with senior developers to improve coding best practices
