About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to create and manage web applications
2. Develop and implement front-end web code and design standards for writing clean, semantic code
3. Help optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
4. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
5. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
6. Ensure adherence to best practices for software development, including testing and QA

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.

2. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including ReactJS.

3. Proficient understanding of server-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including NodeJS.

4. A proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

5. Experience with MongoDB or similar databases.

6. Strong understanding of responsive design, SEO principles, and ensuring that applications adhere to them.

7. Familiarity with tools such as Git and other agile and version control tools.

8. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.

9. Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance tuning.

10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

11. A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment.

12. Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

13. Experience: No professional experience is required, but prior internship experience in web development is a plus.
