Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enhance React JS skills and learn to manage dynamic content effectively
2. Explore advanced JavaScript features and React libraries to improve UI and functionality
3. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate frontend with backend services seamlessly
