About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Note: Completion of monthly projects and tasks is required to receive the stipulated stipend.
1. Create user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular (Front End Development).
2. Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, Express.js, or other relevant frameworks (Back End Development).
3. Implement features to receive and manage emails directly within the ATS (Mail Integration).
4. Develop functionality for uploading and parsing candidate resumes, manually adding candidate details, and ensuring all data is securely saved in the ATS (Data Management).
5. Implement features to record and store telephonic interview conversations as call notes (Telephonic Interview Recording).
6. Create and send automated video interviews to candidates and manage the received video responses (Automated Video Interviews).
7. Develop features to make calls directly from the ATS (Call Functionality).
8. Implement features to send messages directly from the ATS (Messaging Functionality).
9. Use MySQL, MongoDB, or other database systems to store and manage candidate information (Database Management).
10. Collaborate with the team, participate in regular meetings, and contribute to project planning and decision-making.
11. Ensure the software is functional, secure, and performs well through rigorous testing and debugging (Testing and Debugging).

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per project completion).
Requirements:
1. Own a laptop and maintain reliable internet access.
2. Have basic knowledge of tools required for building software.
3. Demonstrate the ability to learn and work independently.
4. Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
5. Commit to 3 months of full-time work followed by 3 months of part-time work.
