We are seeking a stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Payment APIs to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, integrating complex payment solutions. You will work closely with product managers and front-end developers to deliver secure and high-performance applications that drive our business forward.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
2. Integrate and manage Payment APIs (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for secure and seamless payment processing.
3. Develop and optimize database models and queries using MongoDB to ensure scalability and efficiency.
4. Implement and maintain high-performance GraphQL queries and mutations to handle dynamic requests from front-end applications.
5. Collaborate with frontend teams to define API contracts and integrate user-facing features with backend services.
6. Ensure the security of payment transactions and user data by implementing encryption, tokenization, and secure communication protocols.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment processing, database performance, and API integration.
8. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, following best practices in software development.
9. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
11. Implement caching and optimization techniques to enhance system performance and reduce response times.

3. Hands-on experience with building and optimizing database schemas and queries using MongoDB.
4. Proficiency in designing and implementing GraphQL APIs and ensuring their performance and scalability.
5. Solid understanding of payment security standards, including PCI-DSS compliance, tokenization, and encryption methods.
6. Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in writing efficient, secure code.
8. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration.
9. Strong understanding of backend security practices, particularly in the context of payment processing.
