About the work from home job/internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing a 24-hour live virtual class curriculum covering various aspects of generative AI in software development, including AI-assisted code generation, bug detection, automated testing, natural language processing (NLP) for documentation, deployment automation, eliciting business requirements with AI, AI-powered UI/UX design, AI in project management, ethical AI use, and bias mitigation
2. Conduct engaging and interactive live virtual class sessions for participants worldwide. Employ a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure maximum participant engagement and comprehension
3. Ensuring that the course content aligns with the stated subject matter expert (SME) criteria
4. Incorporate practical and real-world use cases to reinforce learning objectives and facilitate skill development among participants. Provide guidance and feedback to participants during practical exercises and projects
5. Develop assessment criteria to evaluate participant understanding and proficiency in applying GenAI concepts to software engineering tasks. Providing constructive feedback to participants
6. Collaborate with internal teams, external experts, and industry partners to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in generative AI and software engineering
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements, including data protection laws, confidentiality agreements, and ethical guidelines governing the use of AI technologies in software development

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

2. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of industry experience in software engineering, with expertise in relevant domains such as AI, machine learning, and software development methodologies

3. Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs or courses, preferably in a live virtual class format

4. Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in software engineering, including AI-assisted code generation, bug detection, automated testing, NLP for documentation, and deployment automation

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
