About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct research to identify high-performing keywords and target audiences.
2. Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates), generate reports, and suggest optimizations based on insights.
3. Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
4. A/B Testing: Help conduct experiments to test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for improved performance.
5. Tracking & Optimization: Learn and assist in setting up conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Tag Manager.
6. Campaign Management: Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

4. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

5. Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on visuals.
