We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually compelling digital artwork and a passion for bringing ideas to life. You will be responsible for designing a wide range of digital assets preferably (not restricted to) using open-source software tools such as GIMP, Inkscape, Blender, and DaVinci Resolve.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and produce attractive digital artwork for various projects including websites, social media, advertising, and multimedia presentations
2. Utilize professional tools (preferably open-source software) to edit images, create intricate compositions, and manipulate photos to achieve desired outcomes
3. Employ professional tools for vector graphic creation, ensuring scalability and crispness for all designs
4. Use professional tools to create 2D animations and visual effects that enhance the storytelling of our digital content
5. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet business objectives
Requirements:
1. A strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creative storytelling
2. Proficiency in industry-standard software (Eg.: GIMP, Inkscape, Blender, and DaVinci Resolve)
3. Solid understanding of video production workflows, from raw footage to final delivery
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
6. Receptive to input and willing to make numerous revisions until desired outcomes are attained
