As a Graphic Design intern at Boring Monkee, you will have the exciting opportunity to unleash your creative talents and contribute to our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite and has a strong understanding of UI and UX design principles.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials
2. Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity across all platforms
3. Design engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience
4. Create eye-catching website designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement
5. Research current design trends and incorporate them into your work to keep our brand fresh and relevant
6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and design across all channels
7. Take on additional design projects as needed to support the overall goals of the company

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per lead generated).
