Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a graphic designer at Click Centric. The graphic designer will be responsible for creating visual assets, including graphics, logo designs, and video editing. The graphic designer will also work on typography and layout to create visually appealing designs. The graphic designer will collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and bring them to life through design.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visual Branding: Develop and maintain visual identities for brands across diverse industries, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
2. Creative Content Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of digital assets, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, infographics, and digital ads
3. Website Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create visually appealing website layouts, UI/UX elements, and graphic assets that enhance the user experience and drive conversions
4. Marketing Campaigns: Design engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including display ads, landing pages, and multimedia content to support lead generation, brand promotion, and customer acquisition
5. Content Marketing: Create visually compelling graphics and illustrations to complement written content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and eBooks, enhancing readability and engagement
6. Creative Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance the agency's creative capabilities and deliver innovative solutions that drive results

1. A creative thinker with the ability to push things.
2. Proficiency in graphic design elements and principles.
3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of colors, forms, typefaces, their attributes, etc.
4. Work with a wide range of media, meeting deadlines and working with constraints effectively.
5. Pay attention to the detailed aspects of a creative to ensure high accuracy in copy, layout and technical execution.
6. Strong story teller and experience with presentation design.
7. Stay up to date on design trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.
8. Strong work ethic and client presentation skills.
9. A bachelor’s degree.
10. 1+ years of relevant design experience.
11. Design portfolio with experience across branding and concept design.
12. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Slides, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
13. Working knowledge of other key software and tools relevant to the industry
14. Working knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.
